How Portcast Onboarding Works

From fit review to first deliverable — this page walks through every step of how Portcast onboards a new client, what you need to prepare, and what to expect at each stage.

Onboarding steps

Each step is designed to keep the process bounded, visible, and easy to follow before any work begins.

See eligibility and fit criteria
Step 1

Submit a quote request or contact your AM

You describe your platform, account situation, and what you're looking to achieve. No documentation required at this stage.

Step 2

Fit review

Your AM reviews your situation and confirms whether it qualifies. If additional information is needed, your AM will ask. This step has no cost — you do not pay to have your situation reviewed.

Step 3

Scope and fee confirmation

If your situation qualifies, your AM confirms the scope of work, fee structure, and timeline. Nothing starts until you have confirmed these terms.

See payment and fee options
Step 4

Documentation collection

Your AM provides a checklist of required documents based on your platform and service type. You submit documents through the agreed channel.

Step 5

Work begins

After documentation is confirmed complete, the agreed workflow is activated. Your AM is your ongoing point of contact throughout.

Step 6

Delivery and review

The agreed deliverable is completed. Your AM reviews account status with you and defines the next-step cadence — whether that's ongoing support, a follow-up review, or offboarding.

What to have ready before onboarding begins

At fit review

  • Your platform (Facebook, Google, TikTok, or other)
  • A brief description of your account situation
  • Your business type and advertising vertical

After fit review

  • Business registration documents
  • Identity verification (if required by platform)
  • Payment method for service fees

Exact documentation requirements vary by platform and situation. Your AM provides the checklist after fit review.

How long does onboarding take?

Fit review

Typically completed within [1–2 business days] of submitting your request.

Scope and fee confirmation

Same AM conversation or within one follow-up.

Documentation collection

Depends on how quickly you can provide complete documents.

Account opening or service activation

Depends on platform and situation — your AM will provide an estimate after reviewing your case.

Portcast does not publish fixed timelines because they depend on platform review processes outside our control. Your AM will give you a realistic estimate for your specific situation.
