Payment and Funding Options

This page explains how Portcast fees are structured, when payment is taken, how ad spend is handled separately from service fees, and what payment methods are accepted.

How service fees work

Quoted after fit review

Portcast charges a service fee for agency ad account workflows and support. Fees are quoted by your AM after fit review — based on your platform, account situation, and scope.

Confirmed in writing

Fees are confirmed in writing before any payment is taken.

Separated by service type

Fees are separated into service type (account opening, appeals, operations, creative, reporting).

Ad spend is separate from Portcast fees

Portcast service fees

  • Portcast charges for workflow, support, and operational services only.
  • Service fees are clarified by your AM before any payment is taken.

Platform ad spend

  • Your platform ad spend (what you spend on Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) is managed by you, not Portcast.
  • You fund your ad account directly through the platform's own payment system.
  • Portcast does not hold, manage, or take a percentage of your ad spend.

Accepted payment methods

Methods are confirmed during scope discussion

Payment method options are confirmed by your AM during scope discussion. Methods vary by situation and market.

Any payment method fees are disclosed separately

Payment method fees (if applicable to your chosen method) are disclosed separately by your AM before payment is made.

No payment before scope and fees are confirmed

Portcast does not accept payment before scope and fees are confirmed in writing.

Refund and cancellation terms are part of the service agreement your AM explains before payment.

Fit review is free

If your situation does not qualify after fit review: no payment is taken. Fit review is free.

If work has begun

If work has begun and circumstances change: your AM will explain what terms apply to your situation.
